6. Technical Troubleshooting

• Disable VPN or proxy temporarily
• Contact support if links are expired

6.2 File Won't Play

• Ensure file downloaded completely (check file size: ~70-80 MB)
• Try a different media player (VLC is highly recommended)
• Re-download the file if it appears corrupted
• Contact support for file regeneration if issues persist

6.3 Can't Hear Ultrasonic Audio

• This is normal! Ultrasonic audio is near-silent by design
• You may hear a very faint high-frequency tone or nothing at all
• Use a spectrum analyzer app to visually confirm audio is present

7.3 File Regeneration

If you lose your files after the 90-day storage period, regenerating them is easy:

• Click Your Download Link: Simply click on any download link from your delivery email after the 90-day period
• Follow Instructions: You'll be taken to a page with step-by-step regeneration instructions
• Receive New Links: Once regenerated, you'll receive fresh download links via email
• Identical Files: Regenerated files will be exactly the same as your original purchase
