The Service is offered at a one-time payment of $49.00 USD (or as otherwise displayed at time of purchase). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges or subscriptions.
Upon successful payment, the Service will generate your custom subliminal audio files and deliver them via email to the address provided during checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 5-10 minutes of payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your audio files within 24 hours of purchase, contact us immediately at the email provided in Section 15. We will investigate and resend the files if necessary.
At Seismic Mind Shifts, LLC, we stand behind the quality and transformative potential of every custom subliminal affirmation audio we create. Each audio is uniquely generated using your personal name and stated goals through our proprietary process. Because results depend on consistent listening and self-reflection, your engagement is a key part of the experience.
You have 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase to evaluate your results.

If you experience technical issues with the delivered files (corrupted files, incorrect name embedding, playback errors), we will regenerate and resend the files at no additional charge within 30 days of purchase.

Upon purchase and delivery, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered audio files for your own personal use.

You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, email address, goals) when using the Service. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate user input.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seismic Mind Shifts, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
