The 180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Each Shift Sequence is uniquely generated using your personal name and stated goals through our proprietary Deep Pattern Architecture™. We want you to give it a real chance. That's it.

1. Duration

You have 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase to evaluate your results.

2. What We Ask

Listen to your Shift Sequence for at least 60 days. That's the only requirement.

No journaling logs. No proof of listening. No hoops. We trust that if you're requesting a refund, you gave it a fair try and it didn't work for you.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

Include the following:

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days of your original purchase date.

5. Why This Policy Exists

Every Seismic Mind Shifts audio is custom-crafted using your personal data and goal profile. It cannot be resold or repurposed. We ask for 60 days of listening because subliminal patterns need time to take hold — not because we're trying to make the refund harder to get.

6. Exceptions

Refund requests will not qualify if:

Submitted after the 180-day window has closed
The purchase was made through a third-party reseller or unauthorized channel

7. Technical Issues and Quality Guarantee

In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, we guarantee the technical quality of your audio files.

7.1 What We Will Fix

If you experience any of the following technical issues, we will regenerate your audio files at no additional charge:

Corrupted or Unplayable Files: Audio files that won't play on standard devices
Incorrect Name: Your name was spelled incorrectly or not embedded properly
Missing Files: You did not receive one or both audio tracks (Masked or Ultrasonic)
Audio Quality Issues: Significant distortion, noise, or technical defects (not subjective preferences)

7.2 How to Report Technical Issues

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, typically within 24-48 hours.
